Features
The so-called 努ell� temples are buildings for the drinkable waters� cult. They all follow the same scheme, articulate in three environments:
1. a vestibule
2. a stair covered by a floor following the steps line
3. a tholos room used as a well or sometimes covering an underground well.
The well is the material and ideal centre of the architectonical structure, containing the water believed the gods� residence.

Location
In Sardinia there are about 30 努ell� temples, all inside (Santa Cristina-Paulilatino) or close (Losa-Abbasanta) to the Nuraghic villages, some still visible in their remains, others unfortunately destroyed (Sant但nastasia-Sardara), some part of a sanctuary (Santa Vittoria -Serri), some others apparently isolated (Su Tempiesu-Orune).
