Should the property you were looking for be fully booked, you will have the opportunity to send us an Availability Request in order to be informed of any changes in the availability status.

1 - Availability Request:
In case the room requested becomes available again, you will be advised by e-mail. Otherwise you will receive an email with possible alternatives in the area.

2- Perfecting the Reservation:
If the property becomes available or if you decide to accept another proposal, you will be sent an email with the web link for completing the online payment (payment should be completed within 24 h of receiving this e-mail).
If you opt for bank transfer, you will receive payment instructions and bank details by e-mail. In order to secure the reservation you are requested to fax a copy of the bank transfer receipt within 24 hours or receiving the email. After this deadline the chosen accommodation will be put back on sale on Sardegna.com.

3 - Completing the Reservation:
After completing the payment you will receive a Reservation Voucher to present at the property. This is the only official travel document certifying payment for the stay and that nothing more is owed to the facilities if not for extra services not foreseen by the signed Reservation Form. Please remember to keep this voucher with care and to bring it with you during your stay in Sardinia.
Important: in case of bank transfer Vouchers will be issued upon reception of payment.

4 – What happens after booking and upon your arrival in Sardinia:
On the voucher you will find all the contact numbers you will need during your stay.
If you are staying in a hotel or a B&B you will have to arrive at the property on your own (you will be supplied with all the information on how to get there together with your Reservation Voucher). If you booked a holiday house you will be picked up at the arrival point (airport, harbour, or other place agreed upon booking) and given information about change of linen, swimming pool cleaning, functions of the electricity meter, etc...
You will also be supplied with useful information and material about the surrounding area (supermarkets, pizzerias, etc.).
