Supramonte and Dorgali
The Supramonte, vast calcareous plateau sloping towards the sea in the Gulf of Orosei, has thick underbrush, inaccessible gorges and rare flatlands.  The fauna species and native vegetation found here make this an ideal destination for nature lovers.
Even Supramonte you will amaze you with its intense flavours, the smell of roasted meat over aromatic wood and the mildness of its cheeses; you will also be greatly surprised by the fish-based dishes, normally found in coastal cuisine, that are eaten here.
Orgosolo, Oliena, Dorgali, Orosei.

Orgosolo 
Our trip begins in Orgosolo, village visited throughout the entire year for its picturesque town centre containing many colourful murals that make social statements.  Here you can enjoy the most authentic shepherd's cuisine: “su zurrete" (blood-sausage made with lamb or sheep) or “sa cordula" (roasted lamb innards) and also cheeses accompanied by a good bottle of Cannonau.
At Orgosolo you can take part in a new common eating event: a typical, open air lunch with sheepherders, under Supramonte's olive trees.

Oliena
The cuisine found in Oliena, village with many interesting initiatives and renowned for its red wine, is quite similar to that of the surrounding villages.  The springs in Su Cologone , the magnificent valley of Lanaittu where the nuraghic villages Sa sedda e sos carros are situated and the village of Tiscali are all very worthwhile seeing.

Dorgali 
You arrive at Dorgali, agricultural and pastoral village where excellent cheeses and wines are produced.  It's also well-known for its various handicrafts including filigree in gold and silver, carpets and ceramics.  Definitely not to be missed is the area surrounding Dorgali, characterised by numerous ravines, grottoes and archaeological sites.  If you head towards the coast, don't forget to visit Cala Gonone, tourist destination on the Gulf of Orosei, the famous Grotta del Bue Marino, where examples of the monk seal can be found and the spectacular beaches of Cala Luna, Cala Sisine, Cala Mariolu and Cala Goloritzй.  Its typical cuisine including cheeses, roasted meats and mushrooms is supplemented by fish-based dishes; lobster, mullet, sea bass, gilthead, all roasted using aromatic herbs found in the marshes.

Orosei 
Orosei concludes our itinerary; its fish and fresh seafood-based cuisine, town centre with numerous characteristic old, white calcareous residences, enchanting coastal beaches and the taste of “sa pompia" (a citrus fruit caramelised in strawberry honey) will make for the most unforgettable vacation ever.
