This irregular shaped Nuraghe dates back to 1600 a.C. and belongs to the so-called 鼎orridor" group (or 撤rotonuraghi" group): it has a half-rectangular ground plan and its walls are made up by granite dry stones, except a part which is substituted by a large granite rock.
On top of the surface, there are eight brackets that support the wooden balustrade.
The only entrance to the Nuraghe is located on the east side and introduces to a trapezoidal corridor. On the right side there is a cell linked to the northern part of the Nuraghe by a narrow passageway.
In front of the entrance, on the west side, there are wooden stairs that lead to the fortress where the towers used to be.
Around the complex there are the ruins of the ancient round huts which were part of the Nuragic village.

Getting there:
Arzachena's plain. From Arzachena take the 125 to Olbia: after 600m you can spot the Nuraghe Albucciu. Park and walk along the path on your left hand side for about 1.5km until you get to the site.
