Hotel Il Querceto

The hotel Il Querceto is located in Dorgali (Nu) 8 km far from the bay of Cala Gonone.
Immersed in a natural park of oak trees is ideal for visitors who want alternate moments of sea and sun with rest and relax.
The central position of the Il Querceto respects the territory of Dorgali-Cala Gonone, situated in the heart of the natural park of Gennrgentu and of the Blu park, provides us the possibility to organise several excursion all over this area. Managed for mh. than 25 years its confortable and welcoming atmosphere, althouugh of moderate dimensions makes our guests feel at home.
The wood furniture's made by craftsman of the area and within the several halls one can find many works of art of contemporary regional artists.

THE ROOMS
The 20 rooms are all very large, much larger than the standards of this category,and perfectly suited to different solutions.
Each room is equipped with private bathroom, telephone and TV, and the maggiority of them have balconies facing the park of the hotel with a view of the Gennargentu mountains.

THE RESTAURANT
The restaurant, the first opened in Dorgali in 1974 proposes a typical cookery although, not disdaining innovative dishes and a good variety of vegetarian and hypocaloric cuisine.
The menu changes with seasonal products,like......(funghi porcini) or wild asparagus picked in the surrounding countryside. From the classic Ravioli Dorgalesi, to the Gullurzones ogliastrini, and the Maccarone de Punzu the common element era the quality of ingredients, and the preparation of dishes that do not accept compromises of the restaurant cuisine.
A big success since 25 years, is the called "Bouches" Exclusive house speciality are Bouches, food made with ricotta cheese, vegetables and milk.
The cellar offers a wide selections of labels, one of these is the typical Cannonau, red and inebriating or white and lively, that join very well the traditional cuisine.
