Horse Country Resort

The Horse Country Resort is located in Arborea, on Sardinia's west coast.

The Horse Country Resort offers its guests the opportunity to stay in 3 different 4 star hotels, immersed in an ancient pine forest in Arborea, less than one hundred metres from the sea.
There are more than 900 beds in charming rooms that are well designed in a mix of modern and traditional Sardinian. All the rooms are equipped with every comfort and private facilities, telephone, satellite TV, a safe, air conditioning and a mini-bar.

EQUESTRIAN CENTRE.
The Horse Country equestrian centre is located near the resort and it covers an area of about 400 hectares. Open all year, it offers outdoor equestrian activities that are suitable for beginners as well as for more experienced riders. Thanks to Horse Country's qualified instructors you can practice, take lessons, go trekking, horseback riding or enjoy an exciting trek through the pine forest or along the beach.

SEA AND BEACH:
Horse Country has a 10 km long sandy beach facing the Oristano gulf, for nice relaxing walks. Our beach is equipped with beach chairs, shaded areas, showers, toilets and cabins, a wooden runway to the sea, a water sports centre with sport furniture: canoes, windsurfs, beach volley (included in the Summer Club Card), water skiing. Excursions by boat to the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia (only during summer season, payable).

WELLNESS:
The Poseidonya Spa specialises in thalassotherapy (sea water) and seaweed therapy. It is equipped with absolutely modern facilities and equipment offering treatments and personalized services such as hydro massage, mud baths, massage therapy, reflexology, lymphatic drainage massage and relaxation techniques. The spa also offers all types of beauty services as well as providing a qualified dietician to design custom diets to enhance anti-cellulite and anti-stress programs.

SPORTS AND FUN    
For sport lovers, Horse Country Group offers many sporting facilities: a field with synthetic grass, which is ideal for soccer, volleyball and basketball, a regular tennis court, a grass soccer field, a bocce field, ping pong tables and an area immersed in the pine forest dedicated to archery.

ENTERTAINMENT:
During your holiday, day by day you can enjoy the activities organized by the animation staff: games, tournaments, collective lessons and sports, parties and night shows in the outdoor amphitheatre.International piano bar and Horse Country Cinema also during the winter season (New Year/Easter / Special Weekends and Events).
Pony and Junior Club: The Pony Club is the Mini Club for children from 5 to 12 years, games, sports and entertainments. Junior Club for boys and girls over 12 years. Both services are included in the Club Card during high season. The Baby Club, for children from 2 to 5 years, is on request and against payment directly to the hotel.

Summer Club Card: Compulsory during the summer season, from 13/06 to 11/09, for children older than 5 years and adults. Included with the Club Card are: day and night entertainments,shaded area on the beach and swimming pool, canoes, pedal boat, swimming, sailing and windsurfing group lessons, archery. Both services Pony Club and Junior Club are included in the card. The card is compulsory and to be paid directly in the Hotel.
Winter Club Card: Optional during winter season, gives access to equipped gym area, use of the sport structures and covered pool.

CONGRESS CENTRE
The Horse Country Conference Centre combines the architectural harmony of the resort with functionality. The large size of the meeting hall, with a seating capacity of approximately 1000, allows for hosting all kinds of formal and informal events. The foyer of the Congress Centre has 2 large terraces that make a perfect setting for an elegant coffee break, cocktails, a light lunch and more articulate events such as outdoor exhibitions.
