There is a covered terrace with BBQ area conveniently located . The villa is set few steps away from the rocky beach.

N.B. there is a small private apartment with independent entrance, attached to the villa,  used by the owner.

NB: the consumption of water will be checked upon arrival and departure and will be charged euro 6,00 per CM; the electricity counter will be checked upon arrival and departure, each kilowatt will be charged euro 0,20.
