Dependance Apartments are located out of the Residence, 300 m. from main building. They are made up by living room with kitchenette, double room and toilet. They are all elegantly furnished and equipped with TV and safe.

The Residence has got a swimming pool and a nearby bar, a sauna, a jacuzzi, an hairdresser room and a brand new relax-room for the massage you need. We offer our guests a shuttle service to beaches, to the port, to the airport and we offer also a free mountain bike service. We organize bus or dinghy trips to visit the most typical and spectacular sites of Sardinia.

Palmadula and Residence Le Palme are easily reached from the main Italian and foreign seaports and airports. The Residence is just 20 minutes away from Alghero-Fertilia Airport, which is connected to principal national and international airports. It is only 25 minutes away from the main town of the region, Sassari, and from the port of Porto Torres, with daily ferries from the Italian mainland and from France.
