Residenc e d'intorni molto curato, vicinanza dal mare a piedi e bellissima spiaggia, prossimità dei commerci e ristoranti, climatizatore, piscina, parcheggio, tranquillita, arredato con gusto, aiole ben fioriti...
Mancanza in piscina di una vasca per bimbi, assenza sul sito del'info di cuffia da bagno d'obligo in piscina, assenza di perssiane nei bilo inferriore (il sole splende all'alba e ci risveglia presto), assenza di un forno.
