Residence Cala di Falco

The Residence Cala di Falco is located in Costa Smeralda (northern Sardinia), 100 mt from the village of Cannigione. The Residence’s unique position is within easy reach of  the coast’s best beaches, the Isle of La Maddalena and Olbia Airport.

APARTMENTS
The Residence Cala di Falco, renovated in 2008, is located in the residential area, property  of the 4-star Hotel Cala di Falco and consists of 30 self-catering apartments all furnished in Mediterranean style, with private entrance and situated either on the ground floor or on 1st floor.
All  apartments are equipped with a veranda with table and chairs, a bathroom with shower and hair dryer, air conditioning, safe, TV, telephone and fridge.

APARTMENT TYPES
BILO: a one bedroom  unit consisting of a living room with 2 sofa-beds and kitchenette, a double room.
This apartment can accommodate 2 adults + 2 children (0-16 year olds).
TRILO: two bedroom unit  made up of a living room with 2 sofa-beds and kitchenette, a double room, a twin room. This apartment can accommodate 4 adults + 2 children (0-16 year olds)

NB: Pets are not allowed.

The Cala di Falco Residence guests have free access to:
- Swimming pool and sunbeds in the “Rotonda” area;
- 24/hour a day Reception services,
- Free private and unguarded car park
-Tennis courts, beach volley, French bowls.

DISTANCE FROM THE BEACH
The beach of Cannigione, with sunbed and sun umbrella rental, is a few metres from the Hotel’s main swimming pool.
The “Delphina Express” speedboat takes guests to the enchanting islands of the La Maddalena Archipelago or to the beaches of the Costa Smeralda at special discounted rates (specifically  for Delphina guests).
