Welcome to the typical house sa Muredda, was built in the beginning of the ‘900 and was been recently refurbished according to the security regulations in force. It was realized using local materials and most part of it has been built in local stones. In the entrance is a little mediterranean garden, full of amphoras and rural items. The outside of the house anticipates its inside with careful attention and interest paid to the localhandicraft fittings which caracterized the interior of it. Batiks on the walls have been perfectly choosen according to the style of the house, and the red floor, done

in terracotta tiles.In the poticoed is equipped with a big table and a barbeque for to dinner outside

The Rooms
The nigth area, just like the rest of the house, is characterised by wood with table, benches, closets and beds and chairs in wrougth iron that as whole discover a sorber and classical style of the antique traditions. It has 4 rooms in total . 3 double rooms and a triple room , every room with a private bathroom, of which one is on a mezzanine floor adapt for disable. All rooms are carefully decoreted with wooden furniture.

The Kitchen
In the gronud floor there is the breakfast room, service with a local products, in the nigth is possibile to dinner with a typical Sardinian dishes, in the room many objects of the past.

The Area
The town of Villanovaforru, situated in the heart of the Marmilla district, today enjoys international fame thanks to the excavation work carried out on the Nuraghe Genna Maria, and of Genna Maria Museum. In the historical town center visitors can admire the beautiful old houses.
Nearly there in the Territory’s Natulistic Museum Sa Corona Arrubia situated between two parks.
From there you can take the chairlift to the Giara di Siddi.The chairlift gives you fantastic views over the countryside, and you can also see many nuraghi and the extraordinary megalithic, Giant graves “Sa Domu e S’orcu (the Ogres’s house).
