Residenze SoleMare - TRILO 6

"Residenze SoleMare" is a group of apartment spread in the residential area of Villasimius, within easy reach of the town centre.

APARTMENTS
The apartments are simply furnished and located in two-floors buildings.
They can have either a little patio or a little veranda, and all of them are equipped with a barbecue.

TRILO 6 : living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double room, bedroom with either twin beds or bunk bed, bathroom with shower.

SERVICES AND FACILITIES
Residenze SoleMare’s guests could take advantage of several services:
- A shuttle service from and to the Villasimius’ beaches (predetermined timetables and routes; except Saturdays);
- Booking service for excursions on horseback or on quad, tours, typical Sardinian dinners;
- Scuba diving;
- Car, scooter and scuba gear rentals.

Animals (only small size) are allowed with a fee.

Within easy reach of the residence you could find supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and other services like a bank, a chemist’s and other shops (200-800 m ca.)

BEACHES
All the apartments of Residenze SoleMare are within 5 - 10 minutes drive from the Villasimius’ beautiful and celebrated white sandy beaches.

Cagliari-Elmas Airport: 55 km
Cagliari’s Port: 45 km

HOLIDAY CARD: € 12,00 per person/week (0-12 children free of charge), compulsory from 05/06 to 11/09.
