The thousand-year old Sardinian traditions and costumes can still be found today in many examples of daily life, primarily in the interior Island, as well as the local artisans’ products that are exported world-wide. The local festivals and religious occurrences are reason for celebration during which there is an explosion of colour and typical Sardinian flavours and in which the tourist can take part.
