The Costa del Sud farmhouse is a farmhouse in Teulada, about 2 km from the sea and 3 km from the Torre del Budello beach, in southern Sardinia.

STRUCTURE
The Costa del Sud farmhouse in Teulada is an agritourism complex immersed in a luxuriant natural setting, within a well-kept park with plants and green lawn.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The Costa del Sud Agritourism Center of Teulada consists of 6 apartments furnished in a classic but functional style. All equipped with bathroom, bed and living area with kitchenette, the apartments always have a terrace. Three types of accommodation are available:
- MONO STANDARD: studios of about 30 square meters with bed and living area in the same room and bathroom.
- MONO VILLINO: arranged on a single room 200 meters from the main building, has a bathroom, bed and kitchen.
- TRILO VILLA: about 100 square meters large, it is an independent three-room apartment 200 meters from the main building, consisting of living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Upon request subject to confirmation it is possible to have apartments suitable for guests with walking problems.

Rates include the rental, use of the swimming pool and parking, water and electricity consumption, a weekly change of towels and sheets and final cleaning.

AREA
The closest beach to the Costa del Sud farmhouse is that of Torre del Budello, a small inlet bordered by two cliffs, with light sand and a shallow seabed, partly sandy and partly rocky, always particularly clear. Among the other beaches that can be easily reached from the farm, we point out that of Porto Tramatzu (4 km), with white sand and turquoise water, the Americani Beach (4 km) and the magnificent Tuerredda (18 km). The beaches in the area are partly free and partly equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds available for a fee at the various bathing establishments.
Teulada is about 5 km from the farmhouse and offers all the services you need during a holiday: bars, shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
