STRUCTURE
The Ginestre and Oleandri apartments in Sos Alinos are distributed in two recently built complexes (500 meters away from each other) consisting of 2 or 3-storey buildings. Those who choose Apartments Ginestre and Oleandri in Orosei have the opportunity to enjoy a stay near the sea in Sardinia, with all the most beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei close at hand. The property is perfect for families or large groups looking for a small apartment with kitchenette in Cala Liberotto.

APARTMENTS
The Ginestre and Oleandri Apartments in Sos Alinos are spacious, with a veranda or balcony and functionally furnished in a classic style. All apartments have low beds, are equipped with air conditioning at set times, safe and TV in the living room, electric oven or microwave, kitchenette with gas or electric plates and fridge and are available in different types:
- BILO 3: composed of a double bedroom, a living room with a single sofa bed and a bathroom. In some apartments it is possible to add a cot.
- TRILO 5: composed of 2 double or twin bedrooms, living room with single sofa bed and bathroom. In some apartments it is possible to add a cot.
- QUADRI 8: composed of 3 double or twin bedrooms, living room with single sofa bed and pull-out bed, bathroom. Upon request, it is possible to add a cot.

FACILITIES
Guests of the Oleandri and Ginestre Apartments have at their disposal:
- Unguarded outdoor parking
- Cot on request subject to confirmation: € 20.00 per day to be paid locally
- Bed linen can be rented on site: € 10.00 per person
- Bath towels can be rented on site: € 10.00 per person
- Reception inside the Residence Sos Alinos from 15 June to 15 September and at the Hotel Cala Ginepro about 2 km away in other periods. All arrivals between 19:30 and 23:00 must be agreed in advance with the property and have a supplement of € 30.00, otherwise the delivery of the apartment is not guaranteed.
- Pets allowed: € 15.00 per night + € 50.00 per stay for final sanitation (per animal) (NB: to be reported when booking, not allowed in the common areas)

The rates include the consumption of water, electricity and gas, while the final cleaning is to be paid locally at a cost of € 40.00 for the Bilo3, € 70.00 for the Trilo and € 80.00 for the Quadri 8.

Sos Alinos is a fraction of Orosei 10 km from the town and the apartments are located in a strategic position that allows you to easily reach both the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei and those of Siniscola (25 km) and San Teodoro (50 km) . The most beautiful beaches in the area are Bidderosa (7 km), Sa Curcurica (5 km), Sas Linnas Siccas (2 km), Cala Ginepro and Cala Liberotto (3 km). Orosei is the ideal location for those who love to participate in organized excursions in Sardinia: the area lends itself to mountain biking and trekking, but above all to excursions by sea, to discover the many coves with paradisiacal colors that make the Gulf of Orosei a of the most beautiful areas of Sardinia.
