APARTMENTS
The apartments are in the areas of Rei Marina and Piscina Rei. The Residence has a swimming pool, a restaurant, tennis courts and 5-a-side football fields. All apartments have an independent entrance and they can be on the ground floor with equipped terrace, or on the first floor with an equipped balcony, They have sat TV, washing machine, barbecue, parking space and are available as:
MONO TYPE A: studio apartments for 2 people and composed of a mezzanine with double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and a bathroom
BILO TYPE B: one-bedroom apartments for 4 people and composed of a double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and a double sofa bed or a mezzanine with double bed and a bathroom.
TRILO TYPE C: two-bedroom apartments with 4/6 sleeps and composed of a double bedroom, twin or bunk bed bedroom, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed and a bathroom.
TRILO TYPE D: two-bedroom apartments with 6 sleeps and composed of a double bedroom, twin or bunk bed bedroom, living room with kitchenette and mezzanine with two beds and a bathroom. Possibility of adding a double sofa bed in the living room (only suitable for children).

FACILITIES
Residenze Reale Marina of Costa Rei offers its guests a wide range of facilities for a relaxing holiday (facilities on request and to be paid on the spot):

- Air-conditioning (€ 50,00 per week on request and with limited availability)

- Half Board (€ 30,00 per person per day) with dinner a la carte in a partner restaurant and breakfast by the pool
- Pool card: 35,00 € per week and person or 7,00 € per day (NB: the swimming pool opens at scheduled times)
- Late check-in (€ 30,00 for arrivals after 20:30)

Compulsory charge service of 35,00 € per week/person (from 3 years) is to be paid on the spot for: water, electricity and gas consumptions, bed linens with a weekly change.

AREA
Apartments of Residenze Reale Marina are at about 950 m from Marina Rei’s beach. The beach can be easily reached in a 15 minute walk and is characterised by white sand and a turquoise crystal sea. The sea along the Costa Rei’s coast has a low and sandy seabed and for this reason is suited for families with children.
In Costa Rei is also possible to rent beach umbrellas, sunbeds and sport equipment such as canoes, windsurf, kite surf and diving:
For those who love discover new beaches: Santa Giusta and Scoglio di Peppino, Monte Turno, Cala Sinzias and Cala Pira are within 10 km. Villasimius, at just 20 km, is renowned for its lively night-outs and enchanted beaches such as: Porto Giunco, Simius, Campulongu o Capo Carbonara.
In the surroundings guests can find all the facilities they need: markets, pharmacy, bars and restaurants.
