Casa Ramona is a villa located 100 metres away from the sea in Flumini, a famous hamlet of Quartu Sant'Elena, a few km away from Cagliari and Villasimius, in southern Sardinia.

VILLA
Villa Ramona is a private, comfortable and spacious house surrounded by a large private garden. Inside, the villa is divided into two levels and consists of a large air-conditioned lounge, separate kitchenette with large fitted kitchen and separate entrance, 4 double/twin bedrooms and a fifth bedroom with single beds that cannot be made into one, and 4 bathrooms.
Casa Ramona di Flumini, with its 5 rooms can accommodate up to 10 people and is the ideal solution for families with children thanks to the ease of which the beach can be reached with, and the large garden with green meadow in which it is immersed in.

- Rentable baby chair at € 50 per week
- Pets welcome, subject to an extra charge of € 50 per week

NB: The payment of a mandatory weekly charge of € 37 per person per week is required. This fee includes bed linen and towels, on-site assistance, consumption of gas and final cleaning service fee.
The consumption of electricity and water are not included and are intended to be paid on departure based on usage (€ 0,35 per kw and € 1,00 per m3)

Flumini is an area filled with all the main facilities such as pizzerias, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies, all a few hundred metres away from the villa.
Casa Ramona is suitable for guests who want to reach the renowned seaside resorts of southern Sardinia, such as Villasimius, Geremeas and Costa Rei, without giving up on the possibility of visiting a quiet beach within walking distance in the vicinity of Cagliari Elmas airport and the historic/cultural attractions offered by the centre of Cagliari, which is very easy to reach.
