Villa Sara is located in Marina Residence, in Flumini di Quartu, about 15 km away from Cagliari and 30 metres from the beach of Santa Luria.
Villa Sara of Flumini is a standalone villa with sea view and garden with green lawn and private pool (10x5 m). The villa is large (about 150 sqm), can accommodate up to 8 people and is situated on a plot of land of about 800 sqm.
Villa Sara is composed of 2 levels and has two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a living room with fireplace and kitchen.
The villa is equipped with a TV with DVD-player and digital antenna, wi-fi, washing machine, barbecue and electric oven.
The consumption of water and electricity will be charged on site based on actual usage (respectively € 1,00 per m3 and € 0,35 per kw). There is also a mandatory weekly advance fee of € 37 per person per week to be paid, this includes bed and bath linen, garden and pool maintenance, consumption of gas, on-site assistance during the stay, final cleaning service fee.

The Marina Residence is part of Flumini, and is situated on the coast of Quartu Sant'Elena, about 15 km away from Cagliari. The area offers a wide variety of beaches; the beaches nearest to the accommodation are Santa Luria, a few steps from the villa. Beaches consisting of pebbles mixed with little stones, which become sandy after pebbly access are Geremeas ( 10 km), Kal'e Moru (11 km) and Solanas (20 km). Beaches that feature pebbles are Mari Pintau (10 km), not to be missed for its turquoise waters. Guests staying Villa Sara can easily get to Cagliari, a city to visit during the day, and indulge in overnight. Do not miss out on a visit to the historic centre featuring the Torri dell'Elefante e San Pancrazio. Continue with a walk to the Bastioni di Santa Croce e di Saint Remy, two of the highest points of the city from which a wonderful panorama of Cagliari and Costa Degli Angeli, with its legendary Sella del Diavolo, can be observed. The area of Cagliari is rich in archaeological and historic sites such as the Grotta Della Vipera, the Church of Sant'Eulalia and the Roman Amphitheatre. Going further south, other beautiful beaches can easily be explored, such as Pula and Chia. Alternatively, the archaeological area of Nora, with its Roman Theater, spas and floor mosaics are highly recommended.
