Villa Nea is one of the luxury villas of the Is Molas Resort in Pula, along the southern coast of Sardinia.

VILLA
Villa Nea is one of the creations of Massimiliano Fuksas, the famous architect who was inspired by the forces of nature to create the luxurious design villas of the Is Molas Resort; Nea in Sardinian means Alba and in fact it was the sun that inspired the architect. The villa is structured as a real habitable sculpture and its terraces are designed to admire the rising sun. Nea is characterized by warm colors framed in 600 hectares of greenery and Mediterranean scrub. The exteriors are typical of a luxury villa and include a swimming pool and a furnished patio.

COMPOSITION
Villa Nea is spread over two floors: on the ground floor there is the dining room, the furnished kitchen and the living room, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a study with bathroom. On the first floor, on the other hand, there is the rest of the sleeping area, with two double bedrooms with private bathroom that overlook a terrace of 110 square meters, furnished with relaxation areas.
