Villa Fabiana is a villa with a warm swimming pool and garden at 500 m from the sea in Giardini di Aldia (San Teodoro), one of the most impressive locations of the north east coast of Sardinia.

ROOMS
Villa Fabiana is surrounded by a lush garden of about 5500 m² and has 7 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a wide living room with large windows and sofas, a laundry, a dining room and a kitchenette with oven, fridge, toaster and microwave.
Its facades are well-maintained and made of stones and wood. A wooden covered terrace overlooks the garden, this terrace is equipped with chairs and sofas for impressive pool-view aperitifs while a second terrace is perfect for dining. Villa Fabiana has also an outdoor uncovered  dining terrace where guests can relax and enjoy a spectacular sea-view on San Teodoro and on Tavolara’s isle.

AREA
Lu Impostu is the closest beach at about 500 m and it can be accessed through a path. It is characterised by white, fine sand and a gently sloping seabed with turquoise nuances and crystal waters.
All the best San Teodoro’s beaches such as: Cala Brandinchi, Salina Bamba, Cala Suaraccia, Isuledda, La Cinta and Cala d'Ambra are easily reached at about 15 minutes by car.
San Teodoro’s town centre is at about 10 km and offers a wide range of restaurants, shops and bars suitable for everybody.
