Villa Pandora is a modern villa at about 800 m from Lu Impostu beach in San Teodoro, and is part of the complex I Giardini di Aldia in Puntaldia, on the northeast coast of Sardinia.

VILLA
Villa Pandora is provided with swimming pool and it is immersed in a well-maintained green lawn garden. It is close to San Teodoro’s sea and characterised by a modern design and wide windows which contrast the white colour of the stony walls, typical of the Gallura’s style. The outdoors spaces are elegantly furnished and the villa is the perfect solution for people looking for luxury holidays in San Teodoro and in Sardinia.

ROOMS
Villa Pandora of Puntaldia is distributed on two storeys and has 6 bedrooms provided with private bathroom and another courtesy bedroom with a bathroom for the personnel. Rooms are distributed in the following way:
- On the ground floor: 3 bedrooms with access to the garden and the personnel’s bedroom
- On the first floor: living room with dining area, a modern and equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms, included the Master Room characterised by a separate position and large windows with a stunning view on Tavolara’s isle. The first floor has a spectacular furnished sea-view terrace where guests can enjoy a breath-taking landscape.

Lu Impostu is the closest beach at about 800 m from the villa. It is known worldwide for its crystal water with low seabed and its sandy fine beach. Cala Brandinchi, La Cinta, Cala Suaraccia, Isuledda, Salina Bamba and Cala d'Ambra are among the best easily reach by car beaches.
Puntaldia is an area equipped with the usual facilities: the closest market is at about 1 km from the villa and the closest restaurant at about 3 km. The lively centre of San Teodoro is at just 7 km: here guests can find restaurants, shops, clubs and fun.
