RESIDENCE

APARTMENTS
Apartments of the Cala Verde’ complex are furnished in different styles according to the owners’ own taste but always in a functional way to allow guests to spend nice holidays. They have a bathroom with shower and are available as:
BILO 2: one-bedroom apartment composed of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and bathroom. Some apartments have a loft bedroom overlooking the living room.
BILO 4: like bilos2 but with double bedroom in the living room.
TRILO 5: two-bedroom apartments composed of a living room with kitchenette and sofa-bed or single bed, a double room, a twin room with bunk beds, bathroom and terrace. Some apartments are distributed on two storey and have a loft bedroom overlooking the living room.

AREA
All apartments are between 150 and 600 m from the Cala Verde white sandy beach. Santa Margherita’s area is characterised by sandy beaches and a sandy seabed with the possibility to rent beach umbrellas and sunbeds with extra charge.
The popular Chia’s becahes can be reached in 10/15 minute drive and are: Cala Cipolla, Su Giudeu and Campana. A visit to Teulada’s beaches is also recommended, above all the paradise-like Tuerredda, at about 20 minutes by car.
Santa Margherita is part of Pula and is equipped with the main facilities including: restaurants, steak house, bar tobaccos shop, news-stand and supermarket, all at about 500 meters from the apartments. Pula is at about 10 km from the apartments and is one of the most renewed and lively town of south Sardinia: guests will be spoilt for choice in restaurants, musical evenings, and nightclubs.
