Villa Cormorano is distributed over two storeys of about 170 m² and is surrounded by a garden of Mediterranean vegetation and pinewood of about 3000 m². Some areas of the garden have flowers and lawn and are furnished. Villa Cormorano is composed of 4 bedrooms (1 twin bedroom, 1 bunk bedroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 single room), 3 bathrooms with shower, a spacious and bright living room with a fireplace, a laundry, a kitchen with pantry and a heat-induction cooktop.

AREA
Villa Cormorano is part of the “Perla Marina” complex, no so far from Forte Village, Hotel Is Morus and Is Molas Golf Club. The access is allowed only to the owners and residents to ensure the privacy and relax for its guests.
A well-stocked market is very close to the complex and here is possible to find fresh products, bread, fruit, vegetable, pastries, homemade cakes, a butchery, a fish market, and a newsstand with tobaccos.
Pula, at about 12 km, offers all the main services and a rich program of entertainment activities, such as “Pula Dimensione Estate” from spring to autumn, organized by the Municipality with concerts, events and performances in the main square of the town.
Strongly recommended is a guided visit in the archaeological site of Nora at only 12 km from the villa: a village founded by Nuragic people and Phoenicians and then occupied by Carthaginians and Romans.
Villa Cormorano is at only 150 meters from the beach characterised by white and fine sand, clear water and a mixed high seabed.
In the surroundings, some interested beaches to visit are: Cala Cipolla, Tuerredda, Campana, Su Giudeu and Cala Zafferano.
