Villa Benedetta is a villa for 20 people at about 100 m from Torre delle Stelle and it is characterised by a breath-taking view on the turquoise sea of South-east Sardinia.

VILLA
Villa Benedetta is composed of 4 apartments with a kitchenette and 1 apartment with only bedrooms; all of them provided with an independent entrance. Apartments of Villa Benedetta are distributed on three storeys and are the perfect place for friends who want to spend their holidays in Sardinia without renouncing to their privacy. The four apartments consists of a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living area, while the fifth apartment has two small bedrooms (a raised double bedroom and a bunk bedroom) and a shared bathroom.
The outdoors area is equipped with table, chairs, and sofas for dinners and relaxing sea view aperitifs.

AREA
Genn’e Mari in Torre delle Stelle is the villa’s beach at about 400 m from it is and easily reachable through a downhill path and a stair. During the summer season, in Genn’e Mari are bars and bath establishments for beach umbrellas, sunbeds and boats rental.
Torre delle Stelle is one of the main sea locations in South Sardinia. It is renewed for its enchanted sandy beaches and its turquoise and clear sea with a gently slopping seabed suited also for children. Cann’e Sisa, Solanas, Cratzeranu, Kal’e Moru e Mari Pintau are among the other beaches of the area, easily reachable from Villa Benedetta. Villasimius’s beaches are at about 20 km.
