Villa Marianna is a villa located 150 metres away from the beach in Torre delle Stelle, in the south-east of Sardinia.

Villa Marianna of Torre delle Stelle is a holiday home of about 45 square metres, perfect for those looking for a nice retreat with kitchenette near the Sardinian sea. The villa is located on a 2000 sqm property and has a lush shared garden with outdoor shower and parking. The villa has two bedrooms, one twin bedroom with two beds that can be made into one, another twin bedroom with bunk beds, one bathroom with shower, and a living room connected to the kitchen by a large open bow. The villa has a washing machine, a rooftop barbecue and a covered terrace equipped to enjoy a meal outdoors.
Villa Marianna is one of the best villas at Torre delle Stelle for families with children, thanks to the ease of reaching the nearby beach and facilities that are within walking distance.

Guests of the Villa Marianna will be able to request the following services (subject to a fee):

NB: Guests must pay € 37 per person per week as an ADVANCE FEE (this includes on-site assistance during stay, consumption of gas, first set of bed and bath linen, garden maintenance and final cleaning service fee). At the end of the stay, consumption of water and electricity must be paid, this is calculated on the basis of actual consumption (respectively € 1,00 per m3 and € 0,35 per kw). Additional set of linen is available on request, subject to an extra fee.

Torre delle Stelle is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts in the south east of Sardinia, chosen by many as the destination of their summer holidays thanks to the beauty of its beach and its sea and the presence of all the main facilities. About 500 metres away from Villa Marianna there is a supermarket, restaurant and pizzeria, for a beach holiday with all the comforts close to home. The most beautiful beaches close to Torre delle Stelle are the sandy beach of Cann'e Sisa (3 km away with all services at hand), Genn'e Mari (3 km, with medium grain sand and services), the beach of Geremeas Kal'e Moru (6 km, especially suitable for children and windsurfers), the pebbly cove of Mari Pintau (6 km), the sandy beach of Solanas (8 km), which definitely deserve a visit.
Torre delle Stelle is also a great starting point to discover the beaches of Villasimius, such as Porto Sa Ruxi (13 km), Piscadeddus (14 km), Campus beach (15 km), Campulongu (19 km), and Porto Giunco (22 km).
