Villa Tiziana is a villa at 3 km from the beach of Torre delle Stelle, a famous holiday resort between Cagliari and Villasimius.

VILLA
Villa Tiziana of Torre delle Stelle is a shared house of about 100 m² big with private pool. The interior is simple but functional and it is the perfect solution for groups of friends and families who travel together thanks to the 8 sleeps and 3 bathrooms. The villa has a double bedroom, a small room with 2 bunk beds, accommodating a maximum of 4 people, a twin bedroom with 2 beds which can be unified, 3 bathrooms, large living room, and a kitchen without living space. Throughout the villa there are 8 beds and 3 bathrooms, (one of which one has no windows) and a kitchenette.
NB: Due to ten steps, the villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

A compulsory weekly service charge of 37,00 € per person has to be paid on the spot and includes bed and bath linen, garden and pool maintenance, final cleaning service fee and the consumption of gas. The consumption of water and electricity will be calculated locally based on guest use (respectively € 1,00 per m3 and € 0,35 per kw).

Torre delle Stelle is a seaside resort on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, halfway between Cagliari and Villasimius. The area is well served and around 3 km away from Villa Tiziana guests can find restaurants and supermarkets. At Torre delle Stelle, tourists can relax and have fun at the beach and easily reach clubs and bars. From Torre Delle Stelle it is easy to move to Villasimius, a very famous resort in Sardinia, and to Cagliari, a very lively city both by day and night.
