Villa Venere is an elegant villa with swimming pool at about 150 meters from the sea in Torre delle Stelle, on the southeast coast of Sardinia.

Villa Venere is a villa of about 120 m² with a swimming pool, on a property of 1700 m². The villa has 4 double bedrooms (two of them with a third bed) for a total of 10 beds, two bathrooms with shower (one of the very small and with no bidet), living room with fireplace, separate kitchen and terrace.

The compulsory weekly SERVICE CHARGE of € 37.00 per person / week includes bedroom and bathroom linen, maintenance of the garden and swimming pool, gas consumption and final cleaning. Costs for water and electricity consumption will be calculated according to use (€1.00 per Cm and €0.35 per kw, respectively).

AREA
Villa Venere is in a peaceful but well-serviced area, less than 1km from a supermarket. Torre delle Stelle is in a strategic position on the coastal road half way between Cagliari and Villasimius. Guests can easily reach all facilities of the town while, at the same time, being close to beautiful beaches with fine sand and crystal-clear water.
One of the best loved beach resorts in Sardinia, Villasimius, is just 18 km from Torre delle Stelle, with the beautiful beaches of Punta Molentis and Porto Giunco. Cagliari is at a distance of 40km. A must for the itinerary is a stroll through the old town, enjoying spectacular vistas and the historical monuments of the Elephant Tower and San Pancrazio Tower. From the Bastione di Sant Remy, there are stunning views over the Gulf of Angels.
