- STANDARD HILL VIEW: double or twin rooms with hill view, with balcony equipped with chairs and table and the possibility of adding a third bed or cot.
- SIDE SEA VIEW: double or twin rooms with balcony with table and chairs with a partial sea view.
- SEA FRONT: double or twin rooms with the possibility of adding a cot or a third bed and equipped with a balcony with a beautiful front sea view.

AREA
The beach overlooked by the hotel is a small cove with a mixture of sand and rocks both in the beach and on the seabed and is equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs with limited availability. At 200 meters from the hotel there is also the beach of Baja Sardinia, the famous Cala Battistoni, with light sand and shallow waters.
Baja Sardinia is the perfect place to dive (there is a diving center 900 meters from the hotel) and practice water sports. The center is equipped with all services such as a shopping center, shops, restaurants, clubs and bars for a holiday that is not only relaxing but also fun.
The hotel is also in a strategic position to reach the Costa Smeralda and Porto Cervo, just a few minutes by car.
