- MONO 2: studios of about 21 square meters with double bed (separable beds), living area and bathroom
- MONO 3: similar to MONO 2 but larger (about 27 square meters) and with an additional third single bed.
- MONO 4: studios of about 32 sqm with double bed (separable beds), bunk bed, living area and bathroom
- BILO 4: two-room apartments of about 38 square meters consisting of a double bedroom with separable beds, living room with sofa bed or bunk bed, bathroom.
