The 35 apartments of the condhotel Allegroitalia Porto Cervo are beautifully furnished, air-conditioned and with kitchen equipped with coffee machine, kettle with 2 pods and 2 tea infusions and with a basic set of crockery, silverware and kitchen towels. Almost all the apartments have an outdoor area equipped with table, chaise longue and umbrellas (garden or balcony depending on the flat, only a Duplex has no outdoor area), and each has a bathroom with shower and complimentary products such as shampoo, body lotion, hair conditioner, micellar water and bathrobe. 
- BILO SUPERIOR: 76 m2 apartments composed of kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, living room with sofa-bed for 2 and 4 m2 outdoor area with sun-umbrella, 2 sunbeds, chairs, table and small table.
- TRILO DELUXE: 86 m2 apartments composed of open-space kitchen, living room with sofa-bed and dining table, a double bedroom, a bathroom and an outdoor area with 2 sunbeds, sun-umbrella, small table, table and chairs (garden or porch of 6 m2).
- TRILO DUPLEX: similar to the Deluxe ones but on 2 levels, almost always with wide garden (only one has a small veranda on an interior yard), and are composed of living room with kitchen, double bedroom, second small bedroom with extractable sofa-bed and two bathroom (one smaller with toilet and sink).
- QUADRI STANDARD: m2 106 apartment, with 8 m2 porch equipped with sunbeds, sun-umbrella, small table and dining table with chairs, composed of kitchen and living room with sofa-bed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bedroom with sofa-bed for 2, 2 bathrooms with shower.
