The Centro Residenziale Le Canne is a complex of apartments in San Teodoro, along the north-eastern coast of Sardinia, between 500 and 800 meters from the sea of ​​La Cinta.

STRUCTURE
The Le Canne di San Teodoro Residential Center is suitable for families, couples and groups of friends looking for an apartment with kitchenette near La Cinta beach and not too far from the center of San Teodoro. Thanks to its strategic position, the Le Canne complex allows you to reach everything with a short walk or bike ride.

The property also has apartments closer to the sea, between 250 and 500 meters from La Cinta, which can be booked at the Le Canne Mare Residential Center.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The apartments of the Le Canne Residential Center in San Teodoro all have a bathroom with shower and are furnished in a simple style that varies from apartment to apartment according to the tastes of the individual owners. All of them have an outdoor area equipped with a dining table and chairs, and almost all of them are on the ground floor and have a patio, covered veranda and small private garden. Two types of apartments are available:
- BILO 4: two-room apartments with a double bedroom, 1 bathroom and 2 beds on the sofa bed in the living room, equipped with kitchenette and dining area.
- TRILO 6: three-room apartments with double bedroom, second twin bedroom, 1 bathroom and a dining room with kitchenette and living area with double or twin sofa bed.

Forfait services: mandatory cost to be paid locally which includes on-site assistance and flat-rate consumption at a cost of € 12.00 per day / two-room apartment and € 17.00 per day / three-room apartment.

The apartments of the Le Canne Residential Center are located halfway between the beach of La Cinta and the center of San Teodoro, easily reachable on foot with a walk that is always within 15 minutes.
La Cinta is one of the best beaches in San Teodoro, very wide and sandy, with a crystalline and clear seabed that remains low for many meters, allowing everyone to find the right space.
Among the main beaches of San Teodoro we point out Cala d’Ambra, Isuledda, Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu and Salina Bamba.
