Residence San Teodoro 1 is a complex of apartments in San Teodoro, on the north-eastern coast of Sardinia near the sea.

Residence San Teodoro 1 consists of 80 apartments, arranged on two floors located in a park. Surrounded by greenery, they guarantee their guests relaxation and tranquility but thanks to their strategic position, they allow you to reach the town center in just 5 minutes, which offers entertainment to both families and couples and groups of friends. The sea is only 50 to 100 meters away, depending on the location.

APARTMENTS
All the apartments of the residence are equipped with TV and washing machine, a covered veranda and garden if they are on the ground floor, a covered veranda if they are on the first floor and always have garden table and chairs and a fan (ceiling or table). They correspond to the following typology:

- BILO 4: composed of living room with double or twin sofa bed, equipped kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

There is a COMPULSORY SERVICE FORFAIT to be paid locally which includes the consumption of water, electricity and gas of € 9.00 per day per apartment.

The residence is located a short distance from the center of San Teodoro, where you can find all useful services such as shops, restaurants, tobacconists, pharmacies, newsagents. The town also has many clubs and in the summer it offers fun and entertainment, as well as the embarrassment of choice among the beautiful beaches that surround it. Among these we point out La Cinta, a symbolic beach of the town, Cala Brandinchi (11 km away) Lu Impostu (10 km) and Coda Cavallo (15 km).
