Residence S’Incantu is a complex of apartments with swimming pool a few steps from the beautiful beach of Campulongu and from the center of Villasimius, on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia.

APARTMENTS
Comfortable and welcoming, S'Incantu has 53 apartments finished in every detail and equipped with kitchenette, LCD TV, air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, balcony or veranda equipped with table and chairs. You can choose between:
- MONO 2: studio apartment located on the ground floor with a queen-size bed;
- BILO 4: two-room apartment consisting of a double bedroom and living room with two places on a sofa bed;
- BILO 6: two-room apartment consisting of a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with two seats on a sofa bed;
- TRILO 6: apartment consisting of the union of a studio apartment and a two-room apartment and therefore composed of two double bedrooms (one of which with its own kitchenette), living room with second kitchenette, two bathrooms

Apartments equipped for guests with disabilities are also available upon request subject to confirmation.

- Beach towels € 10.00 per towel and € 5.00 per change

On site there is a service charge of € 15.00 per person per day, mandatory from 5 years, which includes the consumption of water, gas and electricity, air conditioning, parking, use Wi-Fi, the miniclub, a kit of soap, shower gel, sponge and detergent for washing dishes and a set of bed linen and towels with change in the middle of the holiday for stays of 14 nights. Final cleaning is not included in the flat rate and must be paid separately with a variable price based on the type of apartment booked.

AREA
The closest beach to the residence is Campulongu, just 600 meters away. It is a free beach characterized by white sand and shallow water suitable for the whole family. Nearby it is possible to rent beach umbrellas and sunbeds (service outside the structure).
Villasimius is one of the most popular tourist resorts in Sardinia thanks to its wonderful sandy beaches such as Punta Molentis, Cala Giunco, Notteri, Cala Pira, Mari Pintau and the extensive and central beach of Simius. Another natural aspect that makes Villasimius unique is the protected marine area of ​​Capo Carbonara.
Spending your holidays here therefore means enjoying the landscape and the crystal clear sea without giving up the convenience of a town with all services less than 2 km away.
